Bad Blogging Habits: Weak Topics

In order to break bad habits we must face them. I’m going to be working on a segment that involves analyzing bad blogging habits and ways to overcome them. How often we see a new post from the series is yet to be determined.

We have previously determined that people blog because they want their opinion heard. Sometimes however this opinion has no direction. Essentially the post has a weak topic.

A (useful) blog post will have a topic that provides a call to action at the end. Or it could also deeply inform a person on an intricate subject. A blog however shouldn’t just have random postings, as discussed before it should have a consistent posting and theme. Following that should be a strong topic that doesn’t leave the reader wondering what happened.
